Capture Point Review
A close reading of one form, landing page, or chat widget: field order, error text, and the first screen after submit — without mapping the whole callback desk.
RM 1,600
Cheras, a screening weekend. Forty-two names on the tablet. Eleven called by Thursday.
Kuala Lumpur · lead-capture paths
Pipeline Map Base walks one live lead-capture app, sits with the person who replies, and writes the stalls in the order they happen — not the order a vendor slide prefers.
Who this is for
Clinics, tuition halls, property desks, and weekend booths across the Klang Valley now keep a lead-capture app on a tablet or a landing page. The app usually works. The stall sits after submit: a thank-you line that names nobody, a WhatsApp group still titled with last month’s open day, a printed sheet that locks in the drawer with the glass door.
We write that stretch down. You keep the app you already paid for. The map is a dated PDF a manager can put beside the live path, with the callback owner in the readout so the stalls are not only heard by the person who signed the invoice.
Three usual waits
A “join our community” button opens a Facebook page from a previous campaign. The nurse who phones does not know the button exists. The visitor has already left the path.
New parents land in a WhatsApp thread that also holds contractor bills. The counsellor mutes it during class. The names are not lost. They are in a queue nobody treats as a queue.
Saturday viewings end at 5:15. The intern has left. The ring-bound list goes in a drawer. Monday’s first hour is already full of other viewings. The capture app is blamed for a stall it never saw.
Flagship
One live lead-capture app, from first tap to first human reply. We complete the path ourselves, sit with the person who owns the callback list, and return a written map with numbered stalls and a change list that does not require rebuilding the app.
Ten to fourteen working days from kickoff. From RM 4,800 for a single capture path. Klang Valley visits near Taman Len Sen are included when the tablet only lives on the counter.

After the name is captured
A map of what happens once a name leaves the capture app: shared inboxes, WhatsApp groups, printed lists, and the first spoken reply.
RM 2,400
After the path has changed
A redraw of an existing Pipeline Map Base map after you change fields, staff, or the thank-you screen, so the paper on the desk still matches the live app.

“We had blamed the tablet. The tablet was fine. The map showed that names waited until the last filling of the morning was done.”Siti Rahmah, practice manager — Full Pipeline Map

Enquiries are read on working days. We answer within two working days with a yes, a smaller map, or a request for the live capture link. Kickoff dates usually sit two to three weeks out.
