Quarterly Check
A redraw of an existing Pipeline Map Base map after you change fields, staff, or the thank-you screen, so the paper on the desk still matches the live app.
A pipeline map goes stale the week a vendor pushes a new thank-you page, or the week a receptionist leaves. Quarterly Check is a short redraw, not a new philosophy. We walk the same path, mark what moved, and leave the previous stalls in the change log so you can see whether an old delay actually died.
If you have never sat with us, this engagement is not the starting point. Begin with a Full Pipeline Map or, if you only need the screen, a Capture Point Review.

Teams who already hold a Full Pipeline Map or Handoff Mapping diagram from us and have since changed a field, a staff roster, or a confirmation message.

An updated PDF with a change log at the front: what moved, what still stalls, what no longer exists.
Scope
The same capture path we mapped before. New apps are a new Full Pipeline Map.

The change log sits on page one so a manager can see the difference without rereading the whole map.
Preparation
The previous PDF and a note on what changed. We keep a copy on file for 18 months after delivery.
Constraints
Available only if we mapped the path within the last 18 months. After that, book a Full Pipeline Map again.
How the fee is set
RM 1,200 for a check within six months of the original map; RM 1,600 between six and eighteen months. A standing quarterly arrangement is billed at the six-month rate.
