Terms of engagement

Acceptance

A mapping engagement begins when we send a written estimate and you confirm by email, or when you pay the deposit stated for that engagement. Browse-only use of this website does not create an engagement. We may refuse work that would require us to impersonate a visitor at a third party’s event without written instruction, or that asks us to join a customer message group as a silent member.

What we supply

We supply the written map, note, or diagram described on the relevant map page, plus any readout named in the estimate. We do not supply a lead-capture app, advertising, staff training programmes, or implementation of the change list unless a separate engagement says so. Descriptions on this website are informational; the estimate controls if the two differ.

Your materials

You grant us permission to complete a test enquiry on the live capture path, to quote confirmation lines in the map, and to sit with the staff member you name. You must hide other customers’ numbers in any WhatsApp or inbox screenshots you send. You confirm you have authority to let us walk that path.

Intellectual property

The dated PDF, notes, and diagrams we write are licensed to you for internal use by your organisation, including printing for the reception desk. You may not resell the map or present it as a general template for other businesses. We keep a copy for eighteen months so a Quarterly Check can start from the same path. Our working notes, interview recordings if any, and unused drafts remain ours. This website’s text, layout, and mark remain ours. You keep ownership of your capture-app copy, screenshots, and customer lists.

Confidentiality

We treat the live path, staff interviews, and redacted lists as confidential and do not name your organisation in public notes without permission. Client stories on this site use first names and roles only where the person agreed.

Fees and taxes

Fees are in Malaysian ringgit. SST, if it applies, is stated on the estimate. Deposits hold a kickoff week and are described on the rates page and the refund page. Late invoices may pause a readout until the remaining balance is paid.

Liability

A pipeline map describes the path as it existed on the kickoff dates. It is not a guarantee of more booked conversations, fewer missed calls, or any particular commercial result. We are not liable for stalls that appear after you change the capture app, the roster, or the thank-you screen, unless you have booked a Quarterly Check that covers those dates. Our aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement, except where Malaysian law does not allow that limit (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). We are not liable for indirect loss such as lost profits, lost enquiries you did not follow, or the cost of a replacement capture app.

Website use

This site is provided as a static brochure. Forms on it post to a mock endpoint for demonstration of validation; a genuine engagement still requires our emailed estimate. Do not attempt to disrupt the site or to scrape it in a way that overloads the host.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek interim relief in another Malaysian court if needed to protect confidential material.

Changes

We may update these terms on this page. The version that applies to an engagement is the version linked in the estimate on the day you accept it.
