How many capture points
An event form and the WhatsApp number on its thank-you screen are one path. An open-day tablet and a separate clinic booking page are two maps. We will say so before kickoff rather than stretch one fee across both.
Rates
The fee follows the path, not a monthly plan
You pay for a dated map of a live lead-capture app, or of the handoff after it. There is no subscription and no seat licence. Some paths are a fixed figure; others need a short estimate after we see the link.

What changes an estimate
Whether we must stand at the counter
A public link is reviewed from Taman Len Sen. A tablet that never leaves reception needs an hour in the Klang Valley. Visits inside a 25 km radius of our address are folded into the Full Pipeline Map fee. Farther desks get a travel line in writing.
The mix of languages on the screen
Reading English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese labels is part of the ordinary fee. Translating your whole confirmation sequence into a new language is not; that is copy work we do not take.
How many people own the reply
One callback owner is included. A weekend locum who also uses the tablet, if you want them in the readout, is an extra hour at RM 350. We would rather include them than have stalls arrive second-hand.
Deposits and when the clock starts
A Full Pipeline Map and Handoff Mapping ask for 40% to hold the kickoff week. Capture Point Review and Quarterly Check are payable on delivery unless you ask to hold a specific week. The working-day count starts on kickoff, not on the day you send the form. If you rebuild the capture path mid-engagement, we pause the clock until the path is stable; days already walked stay on the invoice.
Figures are in Malaysian ringgit and exclude SST if it applies to your organisation. We state tax on the estimate. There is no checkout on this site; rates here are so you can decide whether to write to us.
