Capture Point Review
A close reading of one form, landing page, or chat widget: field order, error text, and the first screen after submit — without mapping the whole callback desk.
Open-day tablets and viewing-weekend forms often inherit field order from a vendor template: company name before the visitor’s name, a postcode before a phone number, a marketing tick-box that looks like a required field. Completion drops on the third or fourth box, and the staff at the counter blame the crowd rather than the sequence.
A Capture Point Review stays on that screen. We do not follow the name into WhatsApp. The note is for the person who can change labels, helper text, and the thank-you line without waiting for a larger engagement.
Who it is for
A manager who already knows the callback desk is fine and wants a second pair of eyes on the form itself — for example before an open day, a viewing weekend, or a clinic health screening.
What you hold at the end
A four-to-six page note on that single capture point: which fields stall completion, which error messages send people away, and what the thank-you screen currently tells a visitor to do next.
Scope
One form, one landing page, or one chat widget. We do not interview staff or follow the name after it leaves the screen.

- Two complete passes through the live capture point, including a deliberate failed submit
- Notes on field order, helper text, and the language mix (English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Chinese labels)
- A short change list limited to that screen

Two passes
We complete it cleanly, then we fail it on purpose to read the error states.

Note
You receive the written note. There is no readout call unless you add one for RM 350.
Preparation
A live link or tablet access, and a test record you are willing to delete afterwards.
Constraints
We review the version live on the day you send the link. Draft pages behind a password are fine if you share the password for that week.
How the fee is set
RM 1,600 for one capture point. A second page in the same app is RM 900 if booked together.
